Our family had a great time there! My wife and I and our 4 kids absolutely loved every minute of our stay and especially enjoyed the pool & hot tub. The layout of the house is set up very conveniently so that really anywhere that we were inside the house we were able to keep an eye on the kids outside as they spent most of their time in the pool and hot tub. The rec room on the ground level had a new ping pong table and huge HD 4k screen we all enjoyed. Screened-in porch not only included the pool and hot tub but also had a new grill and patio furniture. Even though it was a little cooler and windy several days, because the pool area was surrounded by what looked like a rain forest, we were able to relax in the calm and soak in the sun. When we got there, we found everything as it was described. There was a guest book with instructions and photos which especially came in handy when heating the pool and hot tub. The area in general was pristine. Beautiful multimillion dollar homes next door. Walking distance to a small public beach. Minutes to shopping and restaurants. All in all we had a great time and plan to return in the future.

Our family had the pleasure of renting this beautiful home during the early half of April, 2016. It was exactly like the pictures shown on the rental website. This home is very spacious and beautifully decorated. The pool and hot tub area was wonderful and the well-landscaped property gives you plenty of privacy from surrounding neighbors. The new grill was awesome as was the outdoor eating area, good times for the fam.😎🌴🌴 The neighbourhood is very quiet and if you like to walk or jog, you are in a safe neighbor hood. You are very close to water as you are on Siesta Key. Siesta Key Village is a very short drive where you will find plenty of shops and restaurants. On one of the weekends during our stay we were able to enjoy looking through the many art booths exhibiting art from local artists in the village. Best of all you can enjoy Siesta Beach (one of the best beaches EVER!). You can't beat the location of this home as it is very close to the beach, downtown Sarasota and shopping. (Everything you need for a good vacation). It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Jeff the owner. Everything we needed to know about the house was in "the book" and the few questions I did have were answered by Jeff promptly by text! Hope we can stay again soon. Thank you Jeff!

Awesome Siesta Key Home Provides Best Vacay Ever!!!

A very clean, bright and cheerful, well decorated home surrounded in lush palms and greenery, at the end of a quiet street. The home is perfect for families with children of any age. The pool and hot tub area was our favorite part of the house. The fully stocked kitchen, and outside grill allowed us to dine in comfortably on the gorgeous patio overlooking the pool. Very spacious, with lots of room for the whole family, lots to do including ping pong in the basement. The wall of patio doors open up to a large deck also overlooking the pool, a perfect place for evening conversations. The bedrooms were very nice size and the beds were comfortable. The house is in a perfect location, within a few miles from the beach, the village, and tons of dining options to choose from. We loved this house and we look forward to returning in the near future.

Beautifully decorated home on a calm quiet street, gorgeous location and perfect for families!

My husband and I with our 4 children rented the house for a week to visit family in Sarasota. My brother's family of 4 stayed with us for part of the trip and we had other family members fly in for a couple nights throughout the week. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The master bedroom was spacious and lovely - we shared it with our 2 toddlers - plenty of room for both of the pack n plays. And because it was on its own floor, it was convenient for napping and bedtime! We were a short ride to the beach and really to all the shopping we needed for the trip! We made most of our meals right at the house - Walt's was a great spot to buy fresh fish to grill and both Trader Joe's and Publix were only a 5 min ride. Jeff was very responsive through the whole planning process and we had all the instructions for everything that mattered in a binder in the house. We loved the house and would rent again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful Home

Three sisters from different parts of the US met for our annual "sisters getaway" (9/17 - 9/24) at this lovely home on Siesta Key. The house is beautiful and immaculate. Tasteful furnishings, a gourmet kitchen, upscale bathrooms, comfy beds/linens---one of the nicest rentals we have stayed in. The screened in pool and spa were sparkling and so much fun--almost made us just want to stay poolside and not even go to the beach (but of course you must!). The landscaping around the home is very tropical and well maintained--it feels very secluded even though it is in a neighborhood. The home has a gas grill ping pong table and all the beach toys/chairs/umbrellas and a cart for renters' use. The kitchen is very well equipped with great appliances and we made many meals there. It is about a 10 minute drive to Siesta Key Beach, which is one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. It is also about 15 minutes to Sarasota which has an abundance of fabulous restaurants--and do not miss The Ringling there (circus museum, art museum and mansion). There were just 3 of us, but this would be a really great place for families as there are three levels which are all very private. The owner was very responsive to our questions and needs. Don't hesitate to book this property if you are coming to the area, you will love it!

Fantastic Property

This is a very comfortable home, clean and private. When you look out the windows all you see are palm trees and foliage. Not far from the beach and other local restaurants. The pool and spa are kept clean with the lanai in place. Additionaly, the total layout of the floor plan is well designed and lends itself to many lounging areas. The owners could not be more pleasant to deal with.

A tropical hideaway with all the amenities best describes the Siesta Key House. This home is nicely appointed with a lovely beach house vibe. Our party of five adults definitely enjoyed our beach vacation with considerable relaxation time spent at the house. Little things mean a lot… and one of the little things was the A/C controls for each level of the home being independently operated. That meant the upstairs bedroom, main floor, and lower level could be kept at an appropriate temperature tailored to the comfort level of the guests sleeping in those areas. Some other details that made a BIG difference included comfortable beds and bedding. The bath and beach towels were all of high quality and we truly appreciated that fact as we have stayed in other homes where the linens have left much to be desired. It seems like a small detail, but it definitely is an important creature comfort. Of course, our favorite spots to hang out included the pool and the spa, as well as the cover deck overlooking the pool area. Loved the lounge furniture and ceiling fans on the deck! Perfect for relaxing with a cup o’ joe in the morning and an adult beverage in the afternoon – just the right spot to settle in with a good book. The view from the lanai was very private and simply wonderful due to the mature and well-manicured tropical landscaping. While we didn’t spend too much time indoors, we really found the living room sectional to be a comfy spot to stretch out, read, and relax. We recommend it!
